In business, he combines his experience working in an international automotive corporation (Volkswagen Poznań), where he supported managers and teams through change and led initiatives related to organizational development and employee skills. He has also worked for companies of various sizes and stages of development (from start-ups to corporations). As a coach, he specializes in working with top management, focusing mainly on developing managerial competencies and handling emotions and stress. As a trainer, he primarily develops intra- and interpersonal competencies, teaching future coaches, managers, and HR professionals. He promotes the Gestalt approach in developmental work, particularly in the business sector.
