He has been working as a trainer, therapist, coach, supervisor and Gestalt consultant for over 35 years. As an employee of the former MultidiMens Gestalt Institute in Belgium, and now as a staff member, he helps to create Gestalt institutes, e.g. Bulgarian Gestalt Institute in Sofia, Bulgaria, Caucasian Institute of Gestalt Therapy and Family Therapy in Tbilisi, Georgia and Nepal Gestalt Institute in Kathmandu, Nepal. In addition, he is a lecturer or guest at many other Gestalt institutes in Europe, such as The Relational Change Organization in Great Britain.
As a therapist and counselor, he works with clients in private practice, and for 25 years in a cancer clinic. As a coach / consultant, he works for the public sector, e.g. for health and education. He also works with private business.

Author of books: “Changing is standing still: a gestalt perspective on organizations” and “Gestalt approaches with Organizations”. He is a registered member of EAGT as a therapist, GPO and supervisor.
