Julius works as an executive coach and leadership consultant. He offers his clients individual coaching, team facilitation and leadership development programs. Julius studied psychology at the Technical University of Berlin before starting his career as a management consultant. He also worked in various management positions in global e-commerce and ad-tech companies before becoming an independent consultant in 2017. Julius began his education in Gestalt in 2011. He is currently an accredited Gestalt Practitioner in Organizations (GPO) and has been a member of the EAGT family since 2018. Within the EAGT, he is currently a member of the GPO Committee. In addition to Gestalt, he is interested in bodywork and leadership and organizational development. He recently published his first book, Self-Empowered Leadership, in which he and his co-authors support leaders in finding their own personal leadership style – beyond the normative boundaries. He lives with his family in Berlin, Germany.
