For 20 years he has been working with people and organizations as a consultant, coach, facilitator, supervisor, lecturer and therapist. Affiliated with the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw. Head of the Gestalt Practitioners in Organization Committee at the EAGT and a member of the EAGT Executive Committee. He works with leaders and teams on integration, stability and adaptability.
