Talia is the founder and CEO of Choice Management Consultancy (TBY) Ltd based in the UK, specializing in management, leadership and team development. Choice operates in Europe, Israel, Southeast Asia and the USA. She was the director of the Masters in Gestalt at the Metanoia Institute in London. Talia is an international trainer of psychotherapists and consultants. Co-founder of the Jerusalem Gestalt Institute (JGI), Chair of the Israel Gestalt Association, member of the EAGT general board and representative of the Israel Gestalt Association. She has served on the board of Intagio EC and as President of IAAGT. She is currently a member of the editorial board of the Gestalt Review (GR) and was previously a member of the editorial board of the British Gestalt Journal (BGJ). She has published numerous articles in professional journals and books. She is the editor of the books: "The Bridge - Dialogues Across Cultures" (2005), "Gestalt Therapy - Advances in Theory and Practice" (2011), "From Here to Later - The Art of Staying With While Planning Ahead During a Global Crisis" (2021).
