He is a facilitator, trainer, practitioner of Gestalt Organizational Development and Narrative Strategist. For over 25 years he has been working in organizations in various positions related to business and organization development. His work is based on the principles of Gestalt Therapy, Theory U, Narrative Work and Art of Hosting (leadership development approaches). His experience is based on the Gestalt Organizational Development & Change methodology. 

 

Yannis supports teams in the physical and online space, coaches the "ZOOM" platform in its pedagogy, philosophy, psychology and technology for optimal engagement and effectiveness of online meetings and events.

 

Co-author of two books, "Transforming Organizations" and "Beyond Storytelling", which show how to work with a story-based approach for individual development, community building and organizational transformation.
