What you’ll gain

  • Workshop on working with a live system
You will learn to conduct organizational change work using a Gestalt approach: from phenomenological diagnosis, through working with resistance, conflict, and power, to interventions in organizational culture. This is not a set of techniques, but a coherent way of working from which the techniques stem.

  • A new perspective in your current role
A Gestalt perspective enriches what you're already doing: coaching, team management, leading change projects, and consulting. You begin to see processes that were previously in the background and work with them instead of stumbling over them.

  • Yourself as a work tool
In this work, the most important instrument is the practitioner themselves: their attentiveness, resilience to stress, and ability to stay connected when the group enters a difficult process. The school develops this instrument systematically through experience, supervision, and individual work.
