Competence development program to support organizational changes in the Gestalt approach
(Warsaw+online; in English)

Organizations and systems are evolving and becoming more complex as they operate in an increasingly dynamic cross-context field.  Our ability to observe and listen to the system becomes essential to support its awareness and development. The difficulty in fully understanding the constantly changing environment increases the need to experiment and develop methods to give meaning.

We are pleased to offer an advanced training program based on Gestalt methodology, designed for leaders and change management professionals who seek to enhance their skills with modern systemic, process-oriented, and phenomenological approaches. This program is targeted at individuals with at least two years of experience in the business sector, actively involved in organizational change and development processes. It is particularly recommended for coaches, managers, trainers, and consultants interested in implementing Gestalt practices in an organizational environment.

What you’ll gain

  • Workshop on working with a live system
You will learn to conduct organizational change work using a Gestalt approach: from phenomenological diagnosis, through working with resistance, conflict, and power, to interventions in organizational culture. This is not a set of techniques, but a coherent way of working from which the techniques stem.

  • A new perspective in your current role
A Gestalt perspective enriches what you're already doing: coaching, team management, leading change projects, and consulting. You begin to see processes that were previously in the background and work with them instead of stumbling over them.

  • Yourself as a work tool
In this work, the most important instrument is the practitioner themselves: their attentiveness, resilience to stress, and ability to stay connected when the group enters a difficult process. The school develops this instrument systematically through experience, supervision, and individual work.

  • We teach just as we work with organizations ourselves. Theory is informed by the material that has just happened in the group, not taught in isolation from experience. The training group goes through its own processes: contact, differences, tensions, impasses. This is not a disruption to the program; it is its content.

  • The program includes 212 hours of intensive training in 7 thematic modules, two masterclasses integrating theory with participants' organizational practice, and a final round of the process. The entire program is supported by 15 hours of group supervision in small groups (up to 6 people), conducted in Polish or English.
