Coaching 

Program for the development of coaching competences in the Gestalt approach
(Warsaw+online)

Module 1: June 14–15, 2025
Module 2: September 19–21, 2025
Module 3: November 15–16, 2025
Module 4: January 16–18, 2026
Module 5: To be scheduled with the group

The program is focused on learning Gestalt Coaching, an approach derived from Gestalt Therapy. Gestalt Coaching goes beyond traditional coaching methods, offering a holistic and experiential approach that fosters deep self-awareness, presence, and effective intervention.

 

The program is intended for:

  • people with at least 2 years of experience in working in business as a coach, manager, trainer or consultant

  • people actively working for change and development in organizations

  • people interested in introducing the Gestalt approach to work in organizations and with organizations

The program will support the participant in:

  • building a coaching practice in the Gestalt approach

  • adding Gestalt Coaching to the current workbench

  • Integration of coaching as a success factor in everyday leadership

Program modules

1.      Relational working paradigm of Gestalt Coaching (2 days / online)

2.      Self as a main Gestalt Coach tool (3 days / Warsaw)

3.      Existential dialogue and work with polarities (2 days / online)

4.      Interventions and experiments Gestalt in coaching work (3 days / Warsaw)

5.      Diploma workshop (2-3 days - depending on the number of participants / online or Warsaw )

 

 

Group supervision (online)

Supervision in the amount of 15 hours takes place in groups of up to 6 people. It is conducted in English.

Program requirements

To successfully complete the program and receive a Gestalt Coach certificate, you must meet the following requirements:

  • complete four consecutive training sessions

  • complete 15 hours of group supervision provided for in the program

  • keep a coach development journal (DRC), approved by the lecturer/trainer-mentor. The DRC will outline your development goals and steps to achieve them. The DRC will evolve as you progress through the program

  • write a case study of working with a coaching client

  • complete 20 hours of individual client coaching outside of the training program

  • participate in four online group meetings between meetings with your support/learning group;

Attendance: Full attendance is required for all four coach training sessions to graduate. Participants absent from classes due to illness or personal reasons are obliged to make up the material in a manner agreed with the trainer.

Successful completion of the trainer training program will provide participants with a Gestalt Coach Certificate. Interested graduates holding a certificate and meeting the criteria of the EAGT GPO will be able to apply for Gestalt Practitioners in Organization (GPO) accreditation.
